This private home is perfect for family reunions and large family vacations. The main house has three large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. King bed, 2 double Beds, and 3 twin beds. Rented along with the Casitas you can sleep 17 people.

The living room/dining room area is open and spacious and comes complete with TV, stereo systems, as well as high speed internet.  Both the living room and dining room open out to a large balcony area with a fantastic view of the Santiago Bay and the Las Hadas Peninsula.

Enjoy entertaining with this large kitchen. It has a large walk-in pantry, a separate room off the kitchen with the washer and dryer and maid supplies. There is plenty of counter space for cooking.  Or have us prepare a gourmet meal for you and your guests. You have once a week maid service. Or we can have additional maid service and chief service available.

Other amenities include off-street parking for 4 cars. Large patio pool area, and of course the famous sunsets

This spacious 3 bedroom, 4 baths home has a bonus: two separate Casitas. Each Casita has its own large bedroom each with two king beds, private bathrooms, and a private entrance.  The kitchens are newly remodeled and the living room/dining room area is large and inviting.  The bottom floor Casita opens out to the large patio and pool area.

Renting out Home + 2 Casitas

  Christmas and Easter weeks:        $500.00 per night/$2,500.00 per week

   Peak Season:  November – May:  $325.00 per night/ $2,000.00 per week

   Non-Peak Season: June – Oct.:     $225.00 per night/ $1.400.00 per week

  * If renting the Home separate from the Casita

    Peak Season:                          $180.00 per night/$1,100.00 per week

    Non Peak :                               $120.00 per night/$700.00 per week

    Christmas & Easter week:         $250.00 per night/2,000.00 per week
