Newly remodeled, this one bedroom condo has all the comforts of home. The view is spectacular, looking out over the Pacific Ocean, the Vida pool and beautiful landscaping.  It has a large covered balcony with lots of room for entertaining.  The patio chairs are covered in a cheery Hawaiian printfabric and there is also another sitting area with a sofa which also turns into a bed.

The living room is comfortable with two comfy chairs and a sofa that turns into a queen sofa bed.

Enjoy the flat screen TV and Dish Network service.

The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, washer and dryer, refrigerator with an icemaker, microwave,etc. making it a pleasure to cook and entertain.

The condo comes with internet service (including wireless), two televisions and Dish Network.  Weekly maid service is provided with the rent as well as clean linens. 

Vida del Mar is on the North end of Manzanillo on a hill overlooking the ocean.  Vida has 3 pools, 27 acres of beautiful landscaped grounds and its own restaurant – “La Recif”.  The La Recif pool has a swim-up bar and a gorgeous view of the ocean waves crashing on the rocks below.

 A security deposit required to hold your reservation, balance due 30 days before your reservation date. (A refundable security/cleaning deposit is required.)  

Payment in Cash, Checks or wire transfer, only in US dollars. 

Deposits range from $150.00 to $500.00
