Vida del Mar will captivate you and will be a sure hit for your vacation in the sun.

This condo is located among others on 27 acres of landscaped grounds, 3 pools and its own restaurant.  Vida del Mar overlooks the Pacific Ocean and has its own cove great for beachcombing, swimming and snorkeling.

The Condo is a lovely furnished one bedroom, one bath and is spacious and open.

The covered balcony is large with a dining room table on the side and you’re second

living room on the other side of the balcony.  The view is spectacular.

The view is so inviting, you may decide to spend your whole vacation just sitting on the balcony with a great view, good book or conversation with friends.  The Sunsets are fabulous.

$500 per week, $1500 per month

Off peak May 1 thru Oct 31, $75.00 per night (3 night min.)

$450.00 per week, $1200.00 per month

December 15 2009  – January 5, 2010,   $135.00 per night (3 night minimum)

$575.00 per week,  $1900.00 for the month 

 A security deposit required to hold your reservation, balance due 30 days before your reservation date. (A refundable security/cleaning deposit is required.)  

 Deposits range from $150.00 to $500.00

Payment in Cash, Checks or wire transfer, only in US dollars. 

We also take Master and VISA cards.
